To help Sandzak companies overcome obstacles to business success, USAID’s Economic Security Program implements a multi-level business support activity that provides management, marketing and sales training for 137 small- and medium-sized companies from Sandzak and South Serbia.

The USAID Economic Security Project also helps companies update marketing and branding materials and prepares them to enter domestic and international markets and expand sales. Since 2008, Trade Fairs helped USAID-supported companies generate more than $11 million in new sales and enter new markets throughout the region as well as in Germany, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Turkey and the Czech Republic.
