USAID - PPES Serving Serbia`s Youth:
![]()
USAID’s Economic Security program serves Serbia’s youth by: 1) working with municipal youth offices; 2) supporting Junior Achievement Serbia; and 3) organizing USAID Internship activity.
Youth Offices: PPES work with municipal Youth Offices makes young people aware of entrepreneurship opportunities, provides training opportunities and leads community actions to reduce unemployment among young people.
Junior Achievement: USAID support to Junior Achievement introduces the culture of entrepreneurship at an early age, teaches valuable business lessons, and provides opportunities for aspiring Serbian business leaders to test their acumen through international competition.
Internship and Career Counceling: USAID Internships activity creates “real-world” experience. Supporting the development of career counseling and guidance offices helps create a better-prepared workforce.
These USAID activities actively shape a more dynamic and informed workforce to improve the economic stability and security in Serbia.
